By downloading or using the Atmoe app, these terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them carefully before using the app.

2. Use License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use Atmoe for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. Not Medical Advice

Atmoe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It reports changes in air pressure, which can be a migraine trigger for some people. It does not predict migraines and is not for emergencies. Talk to your doctor about managing migraines.

4. Weather Data

Weather data is provided by Apple Weather (data sources). Your use of this real-time weather guidance application is at your sole risk. Weather data may not be accurate. Apple Weather data may vary from actual conditions due to variable factors, such as signal issues and geopolitical events, that can affect its accuracy.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Watzan or the developers of Atmoe be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app, including missed, late or inaccurate alerts.
